About Me – My Teaching Profile

Hola! I’m Joe, and I’m here to help you reach your Spanish goals with confidence and ease.

I first learned Spanish while living in Mendoza, Argentina, and I’ve now been fluent for over 13 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and another in Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. I’ve studied the language and cultures of all 21 Spanish-speaking countries, and I currently teach high school Spanish full-time.

Since English is my first language, I learned Spanish from the ground up—just like you will. That means I get where you might struggle, and I know how to guide you through those moments with clarity, patience, and real-life strategies that work.

Whether you’re a beginner, brushing up your skills, or need help with school or travel prep, I’ll tailor each session to fit your goals and learning style. I believe learning Spanish should feel motivating, effective, and enjoyable—and I’m here to make that happen.
